Delivery is made by USPS, UPS or FedEX. We deliver to all US addresses. Please contact customer service for sales made to addresses outside the US.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will appear in the total. Shipping is free on orders over $250.00.
Delivery Times:
Orders will usually be processed and shipped within one or two business days.
Delivery Address Options:
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you may ask us to send it to the person directly. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details on the order form.
ReturnsIn the event your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a problem with the order, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. In your correspondence please include a phone number and best time to call.
We accept returns for 14 days from the date of the purchase. Please contact us to request an RMA number. No returned items will be accepted without an RMA number issued by CMA-VW.
Furthermore, all CMA products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship by our "Handshake Guarantee". We are very reasonable and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your CMA products, by all means, please contact us and we will work out a fair deal. In certain cases (solely at our discretion), we may accept returns for reasons other than materials and workmanship and/or beyond the normal 14 days from the date of purchase.
All products must be returned with all included parts in good condition including instruction sheets, etc. and in their original packaging. Refunds will be pro-rated of refused entirely if this condition is not met.
You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, damaged or unless previously agreed in writing by CMA-VW.
The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.
Refunds will be made by a credit to your credit card or PayPal account.
