How does CMA calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated by our web site and that of our shippers. Our parts are all given size and weight parameters. These parameters are fed to our shippers web site which in turn returns the shipping price you see at check out. Prices are actual shipping costs and there is never any cost mark-up. In addition, some items include shipping because the costs are negligible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, as of right now to Great Brittain, most of the European Union countries and most of South America. We'll ship to most other places too. When creating an account, if you do not see your country in the drop-down list, contact us and we will see about getting it added.

Do you do telephone sales?
Yes and no. Yes, if you wish to pay by check or money order. No, if you want to pay by credit card. We have no way of processing credit card transactions other that through our web site.

Why was my credit card refused?
It could be for any number of reasons. We have set up our credit card payment gateway to be intentionally stringent. If the name you provide, credit card number, cvv number (security code), city or state do not match the transaction may be refused. Please keep in mind you can also try the PayPal option if your credit card is refused.

How safe is it to give my credit card information to CMA?
Very safe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. When a purchase is made, the credit card information is gathered over a secure connection (https) and sent directly to our credit card payment gateway also over a secure connection for the transaction processing. CMA, our credit card payment gateway, our bank, your bank and you all scrutinize this process and therefore we conduct business at the highest level of security. That's the way it has to be.

What kind of information about me do you store and why?
We save only what we need to keep you a satisfied customer. This would be your name and address because we need to know where to ship the items you purchase. We keep a record of the items you have purchased so we know what to send you. We also store your e-mail address so we can keep you informed about your order status. If you have signed up for our e-mail newsletter, we use your e-mail address for that too. We will never give, sell, lend, trade, barter, rent or pimp your information to anyone, ever! There is just no need for it. So don't worry about that.
